Coaching and therapy can both be helpful, but they have different focuses and approaches:
Coaching focuses on the future, action, and personal growth. Coaching is for those generally functioning well but need guidance in specific areas of their lives. Coaching aims to drive change toward results.
Therapy focuses primarily on the past and weeding through past pains. Therapists often explore the reasons behind a client's behaviors and thought patterns, and help them heal from past traumas. Therapy is for people who are dealing with depression, suicidal thoughts, or major relationship issues. Therapy must be done by a licensed mental health professional. Therapy aims to heal inner wounds for client's to become coachable.
I use a combination of both. I use inner work to do the outer work. First we address inner work and the outer work of achieving your goals becomes very clear to my clients.
My coaching program address 5 levels needed for healing and moving forward toward a goal. I am a Mastery Level Coach and use Somatics, Emotional Healing, Mindset/Mental Practices, Behavioral Tools, and the Unconscious to help you achieve your goals and overcome challenges.
My goal to is to help you through three stages of healing: Awareness, Acceptance, and then Aligned Action.
"Brianna's coaching wasn't just about fixing problems, it was about uncovering my own strength. She helped me peel back the layers of 'shoulds' and discover the wild, messy, beautiful truth of who I am. Now, I walk with more confidence, set boundaries like a boss, and chase my dreams with a whole heart. That's a return on investment you can't put a price tag on."

"The (group) discussions around how bold living can also be gentle were probably the most impactful for me. Realizing how much shame I placed on myself for taking a break or choosing myself surprised me. Now one of my non-negotiables is a date with myself once a week."
